Anarchy in the OK IV

AOK4 will take place at CrossFit OKC on Saturday, October 17th, and Sunday, October 18th, 2015. Saturday, October 17th, will host a one day individual competition. We will have one Open division. No scaled, no Rx’d. Be ready for everything! Sunday, October 18th, will host our pairs team competition. There will be a female pair division and a male pair division. Cash prizes will be awarded in all divisions. Athletes are welcome to participate in both competitions. Presented by CrossFit OKC and RokFit.
